Get the quarterly publication "Nebraska Ancestree": The Ancestree contains a variety of genealogical and historical source material related to Nebraska and Nebraskans. Society members may submit free queries to be included in the publication. Members may also submit articles for publication, as long as they relate to Nebraska. Microfilm Rental: The Nebraska State Genealogical Society has a selection of microfilm available for rent to members, for a nominal fee. A catalog detailing the film and ordering instructions are available. Soon ordering online will be available.
NSGS Library: Our library collection is housed in the beautiful Beatrice Public Library, 100 N 16th St, Beatrice, NE. NSGS members are allowed to rent materials from the collection for a fee for postage. Our library holdings include a vast collection of resource materials for most counties in Nebraska as well as many local and family histories and limited source materials for states adjoining Nebraska and along the great migration trail.
